Automotive 2 – Mechanics

Prerequisites: Automotive Maintenance
In this course, students transform into automotive technicians for one period of the day. The students explore an in depth study of theory and operation. This includes the engine, automotive brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments through hands-on learning experiences. All of these authentic learning opportunities include immersion into the tools and processes a technician utilizes. This course is focused on an automotive enthusiast, a student interested in a career in the automotive field, or a possible career in mechanical engineering. It is also in alignment with NATEF standards. Course fee.
