Companion Animal Science 1

Interested in a career in veterinary medicine, animal training or other related careers with animals? Then this is the course for you. Students will study all aspects of the animal science industry from classification to nutrition, and behavior to pet selection. Course emphasis will be in small mammals. Students will also have the opportunity to practice course themes with numerous class pets. Career opportunities will be stressed. May be used for Science credit. This course will be granted CTE credit only for members of the class of 2023+. Course fee
